Located near Westborne park, Hormead Road sits on the border between the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the City of Westminster. The building itself forms part of a wider housing development on the Regents Canal, built in the 1990’s which, like many residential scheme of the time, is heavily influenced by post-modernism. 

The project takes the existing under-croft, currently houses car parking facilities and proposes two fully accessible residential units.
