Located on a prominent corner site in Blackheath, ICA were appointed to look at options to reconfigure the existing family home to create better family spaces and improved connection to the garden. 

 

Works included the removal of existing metal stair and balcony at first floor, and new landscape terracing and door openings at lower ground floor to better the connection between living spaces and garden. 

​

Internally, a new open plan kitchen, living and dining space was formed and ancillary spaces were reorganised.
