On this prominent corner site, our proposals take an existing, dated office block and re-clad, insulate and extend it; providing two additional storeys and more sustainable and comfortable working environment. The characterful Seven Dials context, varied streetscape and industrial heritage inspired the form and appearance of the proposal, which has developed into a contemporary warehouse topped with an entirely glazed workshop-roof. The scheme's orientation, enlarged openings, and improved facade construction reduce it's reliance on air conditioning and artificial lighting, in turn, ensuring it reduces it's environmental impact in use.
